 | SECURITY DEPOSIT PROGRAM
This program provides soft loans and/or grants to eligible low income households who wish to move into a rental unit located in Capitola, but don’t have enough money to pay the security deposit and/or last month’s rent required by the landlord. Applicants for this program must apply for assistance prior to moving in to the new unit. For more information, please see the Housing Authority website at:
