	Welcome to Capitola The best bet for parking during the summer is to park for free at the Crossroads Center parking lot on Bay Ave. and ride the free shuttle into the Village. The shuttle runs Saturday, Sunday & Holidays from 10am - 8pm.. The lot is located off of the Bay Ave. exit from Highway 1. Drive south (oceanward) on Bay Ave. to the 4-way stop sign (Hill St.). 	There is a two hour time limit for Village parking meters, whether you keep paying the meter or not. The cost is $1.50 per hour. Pacific Cove Parking Lot is located behind City Hall on Capitola Avenue just a short walk to the Village. The cost of meters in Pacific Cove is $0.50 an hour with no time limit (the meters run from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
	Village Parking Privileges
	Parking in the neighborhoods near the Village:
	There are four different neighborhood permit parking programs -each with different rules, but each requires a permit which can be obtained from the Police Department. The neighborhood permit parking is strictly enforced.
