Environment


      The purpose of the Capitola Commision on the Environment is to provide advice and recommendations to the City Council on policy matters relating to the sustenance and benefit of the City's environmental assets. The Commission will also consider any such matters referred to it by the City Council, City Manager, or the City’s Planning Commission.

      The Commission on the Environment meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Community room. Meetings are open to the public. Some of the accomplishments of the Commission on the Environment are listed via the links below:
